A growing company built on doing the work properly

Metracore is a growing property maintenance company serving London and surrounding areas. We completed over 2,500 jobs last year, from door-handle repairs to complete refurbishments and work across managed blocks. We have grown by responding quickly, communicating clearly and taking responsibility for the result.

We coordinate access, trades and follow-up, and keep clients informed with photographs and clear completion notes. Whether it is one repair or ongoing work across several properties, the standard is the same: respond, solve the problem and finish properly.

Our multi-trade team covers general building work, plumbing, electrics, heating, drainage, carpentry, flooring, damp and mould, communal areas and refurbishment, together with ventilation and MVHR work. We are Blauberg-approved installers and work on these systems regularly, giving clients one team for more of the work their properties need.
